项目是位于浙江奉化的文化创意产业区和居住建筑群建筑与整体规划设计。基地的规划将奉化“六山一水三分田”的地貌浓缩在城曦园里。“六山”居住区高层建筑，“三分田”代表园区三大创客空间，“一水”贯穿山与田，是园区的主要公共活动和商业活动区域。整个园区天际线由低到高，在公共广场和庭院区域创造了亲人的尺度和具备活力的商业氛围。居住区高层建筑群相互错落，获得最佳景观视野。

The project is a cultural + creative industrial and residential zone. The planning concentrates Fenghua’s “six mountains, one water, three fields” landform. “Six Mountain” stands for residential high-rise buildings,The “three Field” represents the three maker spaces in the park. “one water” is the park’s main public activity and commercial activity area. The skyline is from low to high, creating a human scale and a vibrant commercial atmosphere in public squares. The high-rise buildings in the residential area are scattered to obtain the best view.
