项目以橄榄球体育产业为引擎，通过“体育+”的复合产业方式，打造集体育训练，体育赛事，户外运动，体育商业，旅游度假等多种功能为一体的复合产业平台。并且通过一系列特定的生态融合方式，打造一个自然和谐，持续发展的生态示范区。策略上依托优质在地资源与植入产业，规划打造一轴两带四核心的片区整体结构：

  

一条生态景观轴线： “体育+生态” 景观活力轴。

两条主题景观带：体育运动景观带；特色商业景观带。

四个地块景观节点： 橄榄球总部基地； 月亮湾综合运动乐园； 体育商业街区核心景观； 时尚休闲街区核心景观

The project uses rugby sports as the engine and uses the “sports +” approach to create a composite platform with multiple functions such as sports events, outdoor sports, sports commerce, tourism and vacation. And with an ecological integration approach, we create an ecological demonstration area with natural harmony and sustainable development. Strategically, we make a ‘one axis-two belts-four plots’ overall structure of the district based on local resources :

One ecological axis: “sports + ecology” vitality axis.
Two theme belts: Sports belt; Business belt.
Four major plots: rugby field; comprehensive sports park; the core of sports and business; the core of fashion and leisure
